AAU PROCEDURE REQUIREMENTS
Below you will find important information about our admission process.
Enrollment
Students from all over the world with the required academic and work experience for the program of their interest can enroll in AAU programs.
Once your application for admission have been accepted and have paid the enrollment fee or paid in full, you will be enlisted as a student. You will receive an access code to the AAU academic virtual platform and an assigned academic advisor will contact you in approximately 24 hours to introduce our study system.

Process of Admission
- Fill out the admission application.
- Once the application for admission is completed, an admissions specialist will be contacting you.
Refund Policy
1. Registration Period: The number of registrations are limited; reserve your registration by paying to your corresponding enrollment.
2. If there is any inconvenience for which you wish to suspend the registration process, it will be necessary to communicate it by email so that the enrollment is assigned to another interested party.
3. Once the tuition has been paid, and you decide to cancel before starting of the program, it will be necessary for you to notify us in writing to AMERICAN ANDRAGOGY UNIVERSITY finance@aauniv.com at least three days before the start date. In no case will be refunded the amount of pre-registration, registration and/or enrollment fee. Once you start the study program and have access to the virtual campus, no amount will be refunded.
Security Policy
AAU will maintain the privacy of the student’s personal data and any information of payment method submitted to AAU. These data will not be provided to third parties.
Student Behavior
Being a top-level academic institution, AAU expect its students to behave with respect and courtesy. Students who fail to do so and provides us with false information will be expelled from AAU.
AAU keeps record of all conversations with its students whether through chat or email.
AAU will give three warnings notifications prior to expulsion where the student will have the option to rectify his/her attitude or drop out of school.
AAU will not reimburse payments made by expelled students.
